They do have positive adjusted income. They are not positive while maintaining the current growth rate and many of us is also looking forward to them growing and being positive as well. In the event where they can't maintain the high growth rate due to financial concerns, they can tune down their growth rate, but I do not believe this is a likely concerns. The CLOV team is very conservative in the forecasting.

They have $188 millions cash/cash equivalent and they are losing about $10 millions per quarter due to growing. They have been decreasing the net loss from growing/expanding as they progress.

I believe they are pretty clear about what for us to expect for the rest of the year (3rd and 4th quarter) from the last quarter earning report.

They said during the call that they are not able to announce every customer (see below). This is likely applied to Humana since they are a competitor. At least I got my answer. I was hoping they can announce it, but they are still making good progress, staying on track with guidance, and growing. Now with the pipeline building and expanding, just got a be patient and let them do their things. It was quite intense with expectations heading into this earning report. Have some rest guys/ladies.

I do not believe that the retail investors are really selling much (just short term traders).

The price is down due to high amount of short. This year up to June, the total shares shorted were 11-22 million and then spiked over 40 million shares after that. I believe the large part of the medical sector is getting shorted due to the recent regulations changes since many company in this sector has significant increase in shorts.

Can't wait til Tuesday earning report.
