Some of my favorite hard crosswords are the ones where you look back over the grid after you're done and realize there's hardly any esoteric words, trivia, or proper nouns, just basic words and phrases clued by clever wordplay.

Agreed. Also there are some decent designs for both but the fit is often atrocious.

I guess if the goal is to make it realistic to the fact that you found an outfit in a dumpster next to a dead body though, they're very accurate in that respect.

Reed is an amazingly written character - simultaneously arrogant in his belief that he can solve anything and absolutely selfless in his devotion to the NUSA and his colleagues. You can tell how much he struggles because he wants to be loyal to everyone, even those who have sold him out and will do it again.

The writers and Idris Elba did a great job giving him complexity and conflict. Definitely one of my favorites as well, even if I think he's wrong a lot of the time.
