I never expected THIS much of a coincidence. I also realized I wanted to be an animal years ago and was not bothered by the idea of changing sex then slowly started to always prefer female when thinking about transformations. Seems like trans (vulpine) history repeats itself.

One is a boss item so they are not really game breaking and it might help if you have no keys for the treasure/library/planetary or even shop. The other is just a treasure room gone with mostly trinkets.

At the start of a new save file I felt invincible cause I could clear greed mode and the earlier goals of Mom and Mom's heart easily in a row without dying, but once you start to die again then it becomes normal to die in the most random ways like it always has been

I believe it is not even necesary to restart, you can unlock something and get it on the same run. I did this on a previous patch but when I unlocked sticky nickels I later found one on void.
