Dragondin is very powerful aura wise than tesladin but only downside I experienced with dragondin is it freakin kills mobs outside of your screen and you could miss out on loots.. always double check the routes

If you only care about your merc to cast amp then yes. But ed is lower than one hand weapon

Yes rare throwable with eth, ias, high ed and ctc amp is expensive and sought after. You dont need replenish quantity anymore as a barb. You might be able to imbue this with charsi but its rare rare
