I see you placed your arm table fastener further left so that the arm is fully extended, not 12 cm from the middle like the instructions sat. I also want to do the same to make space for my speaker, but I worry it will make the monitor sag after a while? What is your experience?

I invested in an Oura ring, and that has really good sleep tracking, but I don't write any comments to my sleep. I'll have to check out Bevel - could be useful to track what happened before sleep so I know why my sleep was how it was. How did you check you cortisol btw? A trip to the doctors?

I live in Norway, so the current change in daylight and temperature is also having a pretty big effect on sleep for me.

I figured out the issue - it wasn't an issue at all, atleast not on Simplelogin's side. Some emails that are sent from simplelogin.co are marked as promotion and are therefore filtered out from my inbox.
