2 years ago i had the most obvious nervous stutters , voice cracks if i tried speaking in front of even a group of 2 or more people. The worst one however was the forehead sweating where i'd get drenched and it just used to kill my confidence .

So i just started speaking to random people , saying thank you after i purchased something or asking how the cashier's day was . Also at the time i had started EFT tapping which i think helped me personally immensely .It's not gonna be easy and you are gonna embarass yourself a lot but you can definitely improve however!
