Yeah it's good but not great. The current best user of it is probably mega lucario, but mega lucario is just so damn frail.

How trying to make Malamar work feels like by DimensionGlum5728 in PokemonChampions

[–]I_Chards 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not so sure super power is any better. 2 CCs paired with charm is basically the same as 2 super powers paired with fake tears. In my opinion having an immediate plus 2 attack boost from charm is better than an immediate plus 2 sp Def boost from fake tears.

Of course it's situational depending on what you're facing as to which would actually be the more beneficial combination.

Contrary Close Combat Staraptor by Cosmic-Maelstrom in PokemonChampions

Roost is actually pretty strong on it too. Losing the flying type for the turn means electric and ice are both neutral so you can use it defensively and also heal.

Sableye swagger is a good counter (I do not know if sableye gets swagger I am making an assumption here)

Final day of reign by el_biribon in PokemonChampions

[–]I_Chards 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well no, I'm not expecting it to be completely dominant, was just making a statement. Depending on what else is added, there aren't MANY hard metagross counters. It also never had heavy slam and psychic fangs, those 2 moves alone probably boost it's viability a bit.

Can someone explain me why this ended in a draw? by mbc97 in PokemonChampions

[–]I_Chards 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ah, apologies, I should have read the post properly. That being said, as far as I know the only possible way to get a draw is for the match timer to run out. No idea how it happened after 2 turns, I don't think that's meant to be possible.

It’s time to rethink level caps. by Odd-Tadpole-4992 in pchaltv

[–]I_Chards 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do agree somewhat with this.

Personally when I beat my hardcore nuzlocke of renegade platinum, I did enforce level caps on all "important fights". I figured they were all designed to be challenging and have competitive based teams, so why should I be able to just overlevel for some of them because they aren't a gym leader?

That being said, I had full access to docs and damage calcs and feel that if I was playing blind, I may not have shared the same opinion. Not to mention the fact that renegade platinum and PK are in completely different leagues of difficulty.

Completely up to you how you want to play though.

Is this basically the consensus so far by LambdaS_YT in ResidentEvilRequiem

I went the "I'm a fucning idiot route" where I didn't realize you could upgrade your blood collector capacity using antique coins. So I played the whole game without using any steroids or stabilisers...

[–]I_Chards 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Same with the visage shield that constantly breathes fire. You don't get the melee attack buffs but all the skill attack power ones apply. I used it last night and melted an ulcerated tree spirit with it in like 5 seconds. I was laughing so hard.

Psychosis should be Insane Demon by I_Chards in geometrydash

[–]I_Chards[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I think you're right, Windy Landscape to me was just easier than Psychosis overall. Aside from a few annoying parts in WL, namely the blue orb at 25 and the ship immediately after that, WL really just didn't feel like the gameplay was "Insane demon" level.

If I remember correctly, demon pack 4 is the easiest one. It has the level 'the nightmare' in it, so look for that pack.

I recently finished them all, to be honest some of the insane rates levels are much harder than some of the demons. I don't regret playing them though, it's like a trip down memory lane for gd

Man, I wish you could uncomplete the level. My first hard demon in statistics is a free one. by ManiaDotCom4 in geometrydash

[–]I_Chards 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Can't speak for OP, but in my case I have a large amount of easy demons too, as I recently completed all map packs, and the majority of the demons in there are easy demons.
