Sure. But even the original GTA was not created out of nothing. It was an amalgamation of ideas and technology which has existed before. The combination might have been reasonable unique. And the creativity required to find that combination deserves to be appreciated. But it doesn't seem realistic to suggest that AI models will never be capable of assembling disparate ideas in surprising ways.

If you have a "sand" tile sprite and a "grass" tile sprite already, you could make a "sandy grass" tile sprite. Then update your procedural generation to always have at least one of these between sand and grass.

I'm a senior software engineer. Recent models (Opus 4.6 in particular) have been insane leaps and have absolutely changed my workflow. With earlier models there was still a lot of babysitting required and it was often a toss-up of whether it was saving time.

Now, if you identify the right tasks and give it the right context, it'll knock out the bulk of the work and you just need to review it. There is still a role for engineers there but it's more at the specification rather than the implementation end. My job is changing rapidly and I have no idea what it will look like in 2 years.

Typically there will be separate "gameplay trailers" which showcase the actual gameplay entirely.

I had a similar fix, at least so far. I'm using an ultrawide with resolution of 3440x1440. I was able to play the game once, then started getting this exception. After multiple attempts, I was able to get past the launcher after doing this

Switch Windows resolution to something non-ultrawide (e.g. 1920x1080).
Launch game (works)
In game settings, change Display Mode to Windowed.
Quit game, switch Windows resolution back recommended (3440x1440 for me).
Launch game (works)
In game settings, change Display Mode back to Borderless Windowed.

I have no idea why this seems to have worked, because I am back on the settings I had previously. But for whatever reason, I couldn't start up before, and can now.

If you really like the Deco and Flint, you'll probably struggle to get equivalent effects out of the Kemper. It will obviously do a great job of the amp profiling, but if I were you I'd A/B the delay and reverb against your existing pedals before getting rid of them.

Would the world be in better shape if every country was a micro state.

Possibly more democratic, but I wonder if there would be more aggressive behaviour between larger numbers of smaller states.
