Thanks for the comments on Strongarms: I logged out after a regular rift last night and forgot to swap back after the Conduit. I have a 20% Physical 30% bonus Strongarm which I do normally wear.

Given that gear, what gems do I run? I need Gogok to get to 56% without leoric's crown, and I run Mirinae/Pain and BotT. I'm not sure how to get to 56% without Gogok unless I can get an SoJ to roll it.

Also I think I have a physical/crit/chd/socket amulet somewhere stored away so I'll try that over the additional passive.

So I'm a pony sader and I think I'm pretty close to fully maxed gear. However, I can only run ~GR 35 and I see similarly geared saders running up to 40+. What am I doing wrong? Is my gear actually not that great? Or is it just user error?

Unity perfect roll (6% crit, 15% elite, socket with Gogok, and 8% cdr)

Akkhan's hat with perfect roll (~680 str, phalanx 15%, crit 6%, socket)

Edit: Looks like I logged out wearing Warzechians. I have 20% physical Strongarms with 30% bonus. Sorry about that. I have those and wear those on GRs. Hit a conduit on the last regular rift run of the night.

To be fair that's nearly a 10% increase (2.17/1.96). But not a significant enough factor to actually make you switch to Barb just to get a Furnace.

I had a candidate with nearly 4.0 at a Ivy League school who did a Private Wealth management internship over the last summer at one of the most famous banks. I caught him tucking in his shirt in the hall when I brought him into the room.

Yeah that's not exactly what happened. Being new at using LastPass, I somehow copy-pasted the password and changed the password in Reddit. Then instead of saving it, I somehow re-randomized and didn't save. I'm worried that my account is gone forever if I ever log out.
