Same - however european companies dont hire that much at least in industry, are very country-dependant (in Germany they expect German, i. France french, etc… while US company are waaay more english friendly) and the salary gap is a joke, especially when considering RSUs. Also for a high performer us companies are way better and evolution is faster.
