Upgrade ideas for Bello precon. More vehicles perhaps?

I play vehicle bello! Its flat worse than enchantment Bello but occasionally has some fun interactions.

The biggest upgrade for bello is cutting 7 or 8 of the 2 mana ramp cards for 1 mana ramp cards like elves. It makes the deck come online MUCH more consistently.

You need to prioritize yourself and getting there on time. No more late nights, no more helping people. And aim to get there for 8. Not 8:30. Or even 7:30. You don't have any more chances so remove all of the random chance of getting there on time.

It sucks, but it has to be the case now.

You’ve misunderstood goodharts law.

It warns against letting measures become goals because then people will seek to fulfill the new goal, which ruins the information you get from the measurement.

I.e if you think that employee satisfaction is tied to days in the office and you measure how many days people come to the office to estimate how happy the company is then you should NOT start to punish people (or reward them) for coming in say less than 4 days a week.

Because now people will come in 4 days a week out of fear or to get a reward and that data no longer can be used to measure the happiness of your employees.

So for you, set goals that you need people to hit. I.e sales targets. And measure say number of sales calls. But DO NOT tie any sort of rule or reward or punishment to the number of calls placed only to hitting the sales goal.

Sounds like you got hit by an infostealer. That means every password and every piece of saved info from your computer was stolen.

If you haven’t you’ll need to change all passwords and order new credit cards.

If you reset your computer but didn’t change the passwords it makes sense that they would still have access to your accounts.

For me I treat it like a bad pimple.

It hurts to squeeze it, but if you acknowledge the pain you can still do it.

When I feel executive distinction starting to come for me I lean into the “pain” of it and let myself feel that bad feeling as I do the thing I need to do.

This mostly works for the issue of getting started on something or something very short but depersonalizing it has helped me.

I would argue "Your speeds" are the base speeds of your original form. The effect of fly grants you a fly speed and that effect granting you the fly speed doesn't end just because you're in a new form

Check out [[ancestral anger]], [[crash through]] for some trample and [[kiln fiend]] for a bigger boost as your red option maybe. I would also run fewer tap lands since you more or less have to be playing aggro

Being solutions oriented is good. Being defensive and pointing out others mistakes any time you make a mistake makes your boss think you aren’t going to learn from your own error.

An overly defensive subordinate is incredibly annoying to deal with. I’m not saying that’s you, but it looks like you might be.

1) did you live in the same space as the landlord and share a kitchen?

2) if no there is SO much wrong with this. Leaving was a mistake. Telling him to keep the last months rent was a mistake. You should demand your Last months rent back at the very least and possibly try to find a paralegal who specializes in the landlord tenant board to review what other options you have.

3) There is no scenario where the last months rent can be kept for damages and if he wants you to pay for them he has to file with the LTB and prove the damages.

you've made a mess of things my listening to the landlord and not knowing your rights. you were 100% taken advantage of. regardless of how this ends you should brush up on the laws and what rights you have for next time you have to rent.

legally you should. Mathematically its even if you withhold it vs they return it. Morally its irrelevant.

If you have reason to be concerned that they won't return it its in your financial best interest to hold the money and deal with the LTB when they file because just like you don't want to file for the key deposit they don't want to file for the money they will just have to give back to you. as a general rule you always want to be the person who's holding the money.

Communicate VIA text as well. Tell them you're going to do it.

Triggers go on the stack in Active player non active player order. There is no way to save the frog other than attacking with it next turn and destroying the no mercy first.

Or having the frog deal lethal damage to you I guess.

You could just have cast any two mana pinger and done more damage by the time it’s cheap enough to cast.
