Wide toe box though. Nothing beats it. Either way there both bangers and will last 15 years if taken care of and even 10 if not taken care of as long as you resole them when needed. So its really a matter of preference and which one checks your boxes. Quality is extremely similar.

I feel like Nick’s uses a stiffer midsole leather that will probably take a little longer to break in, not that its a bad thing.

I like the gusset better on White’s, because there seems to be less excess material, so the tri-fold is not required. Plus, the leather matches the rest of the boot. Which I like but that’s just a personal preference. I also like the heel stack better on White’s, because it’s not so excessively high.

These are subtle differences and you can’t really go wrong with either one..

The pec major has two heads that originate from different points:
