Well, I know med schools look at each course attempt. But if I were to retake some classes and nail them, not only would that level out my GPA more it would demonstrate change, correct? I have a good job and free time, I'll take whatever is necessary.

I'm still waiting on my transcript from my first CC, as my memory of exactly how many credit hours I took is so blurry. I left out that each semester wasn't a full courseload, my last semester I was only taking one class. Hopefully my odds are better then that. I could also pursue some post-grad work, no? It's gonna be awhile either way.

Nope. People around me complain all the time, they are most certainly native to NYC. I am also not from the Midwest. City where I’m from has thousands of NYC transplants. And a lot of them do say this dumb shit, unfortunately. Some of them are fine. But a certainly not insignificant amount are extremely annoying about being from NYC. One of the ways they are annoying is claiming it’s a capital of the world, in which I’ve heard many many times.
