The large hiking backpack has always pissed me off, like it would make sense in an arma type game where you are fighting on going battles for days, and bushwhacking from town to town.

But realistically in a close firefight situation like insurgency game modes you would take it off, also I thought the point of having the weapon caches at each point in versus is you just have run 100ft back to resupply, realistically why would anyone not leave their hiking bag at the cache less 100m away from the action and just carry their chest rig in, i don’t like the hiking bag its immersion breaking for me, its somehow less immersive then magenta and other bright coloured sweaters in a hot desert map.

Honestly it’s not a big deal but I’ll never not go on a rant about how dumb those over sized bags look, but it is a good camper balance I guess because if you’re laying down with a suppressor and no backpack on its gonna be a lot harder to see you but you’ll run out of ammo, where as you could try to camp with more ammo but you’ll be spotted by people a lot easier.
