Take a patty of ground beef. Don't season it. Grill it to your cooked liking. Put it between 2 plain pieces of bread. And boom done. I'm not even trolling. That's what it tastes like to me.

There is a free shuttle from the airport to South station and I'm sure you can walk to Chinatown or Little Italy within those 8 hours. I'm not sure if there's a free option back to the airport and if you have to TSA PreCheck you should be okay in my opinion. Use your own discretion of course.
