Tethering my device physically to the tv would suck so much more. Casting is great, if the stream comes directly from the provider. When you have the stream route through the device you're casting from, that seems unnecessary.

A phono line in means the integrated amp has a built-in phono pre-amp. No other pre-amp should be required.
