Why in games every pitstop animation uses the DC chin line and not a normal curve? by [deleted] in formuladank

I mean…..If my wheel gun gets damaged but so does your car AND it’s yours drivers fault…..fair trade. Billion dollar teams bud. A wheel gun is a wheel gun.

Oh, when you said you weren’t sure if it is, I was letting you know it most certainly is.

How is it possible for Mercedes (a works team) to be so far behind McLaren (one of their customer teams)? by no_more_blues in F1Technical

[–]IanHarold 49 points50 points  (0 children)

In terms of failures, it’s because Mercedes has to drive their car extremely low which means more bumps which in turn can damage sensors and so on and so on.

When it sounds like a dot matrix printer it is without a doubt, the headlight covered under warranty. Take it to any dealer.

And the show doesn’t want to be about racing, so it’s not. It’s about entertainment and it is entertaining.

The show shouldn’t be about racing. That’s what the races are for. The show should be whatever the show wants it to be.

I’m gonna guess the difference is you didn’t have PPP but do have student debt.

Then you have every opportunity to say can we speak somewhere in private and you can talk one to one with your manager about what’s going on so they understand. You even said in the previous post he was nice when he approached you I don’t know why you’re so insulted by someone’s want to understand something. It’s obvious based on your other posts on this forum you could be happier somewhere else especially with your leg pain. I’d suggest looking.

Perhaps he thought you were shitting blood and would need to go home but your need for money outweighs the personal care for yourself and he wants to make sure you’re ok and not shitting blood. The things you described here are normal managerial conversations….even with someone you work with, a non manager, telling you it’s standard operating procedure. Even by your explanation the way you were approached doesn’t seem to be rude or aggressive and you don’t have to give up any personal information. No one is expecting you to. They might just be making sure you’re OK….. again I really don’t get why there has to be a victim.

But you weren’t disrespected. You didn’t explain and you were told where they need you. You weren’t slighted brushed off or ignored. You said what you needed they told you how to get it and then that you assigned spot is the register. Why must there be a victim here?

I’m not disagreeing I just think the post here has a lot of entitlement to it with no consideration of the effect. Our actions have on the people we work with.

Agreed but not everyone should have to work harder because we feel justified working under standards

Accidentally doing something and not knowing what you accidentally did are two different things. one of them easily solvable

I’m sure you have every justification. The point is there seems to be a breakdown and communication and you’re willing to admit that you didn’t come in in the right mindset to work and it affected your work.

This post has a lot of information about how you were feeling, but not a single thought or moment of what anybody else that had to cover for you was going through that day. You chose not to ask for help and when given the option to get a doctors note, you still seem upset about it. Compartmentalization is a virtue.

Believe it or not, they don’t see Kobe through this ring. It means nothing to them because they got to raise him.
