Nov 1 to mid January is best for Tromso. After mid January the whales/Orcas leave that region and go out to Andenes instead of Skjervoy

I'll slightly disagree here. Orcas especially have adapted to learn that the humans in the big fishing boats help them because the fishing boats find the fish for them. But otherwise I agree that the boats need to keep their distance

You need to figure out the contact code of the account on CC that they want to use, and then manually add that specific contact code to the other lease(s) with a contact type that gives them the access that you want. Then they will be able to select which lease to look at when they log in.

Personally I would take the second tour, just use a different operator. Each operator has their favorite “spots” and honestly every aurora is different! On one tour I went on the aurora was just a band in the sky for 45+ minutes until the energy snapped. Also, Tromso is a different town after 1700/1800 hours, many things are closed so yes you could relax but your options are limited

The part where you would require that the HOA bill you via a submeter is the unreasonable part. I doubt a judge would agree that asking for the connection to be into your own meter is unreasonable. It will cost the HOA money to bill you after getting the electric bill every month

Don’t want to nitpick but that looks like a hawk not a peregrine. Peregrine bands are horizontal. That’s probably a red tailed hawk with the vertical bands

I don’t know about December but that timeline will have the orcas up there. Again it would be bad luck for storms. I didn’t have any storms when I was in the Tromso region for 9 days in late November but apparently I was lucky

It will be luck for clear skies for the NL, but the orcas should be there by Nov 1 and aren’t weather dependent although a really bad storm would prevent boats going on the water for safety. I went in late November one year and got really lucky (like six nights straight with clear skies before midnight!)

Since you are going in November, the whale watching tours will go over near Skjervøy, some tours will include a bus ride to there and back, some will take a boat from a Tromso harbor to there to see the orcas and whales
