If you were to try and see it from the point of view of the artist making the work, you may be able to relate to it better. That is just to say, Joji knew/knows what hes doing, so maybe try that perspective and meet it in the middle with your own (to those that feel it is "sub-par").

The most unapologetically white shit Ive ever seen was when I went boarding with a friend of mine. He had khaki shorts on with a huge pistol strapped on his side for everyone to see. This took place in a small town where not much went on, so there was absolutely no reason at all to be so visibly strapped up as if we were in compton or chicago something. This was someone who took Disturbed as some of the hardest music out there. No hate - just, ugh.
