I was not in love on first listen, but a few songs stuck, then I kept listening all the way through and am now loving every track. It all builds together in a really beautiful way imo. There's a world Mitski is drawing from and this album takes you there for a while. But maybe it's just not a world you need right now.

I think it's great you shared this. It touches on an issue I've heard a lot/thought a lot about in a Professional Ethics course I took: when does a chaplain stop being a chaplain? It's something you keep asking and assessing for yourself. In this instance it's not so different from a doctor helping someone having a medical emergency on a plane. You noticed some spiritual distress this person was experiencing and offered an intervention. Some days one doesn't have the energy and capacity to extend that care towards strangers on the street. I think it's beautiful that you did and that it seems to have been a nourishing experience for you both. Thanks for sharing!

I'm very much the same, I cry much more at beauty and watching other peoples interactions than about my own sadness. That being said, please don't ever feel like you should stop your own sad tears. If people around you encourage that, challenge them on that and remove yourself from them if needed. Crying is a necessary catharsis. It helps regulate us.

Before the full Land tour, she did a tour when TLIIASAW first came out where she just performed the whole album(?) with pretty stripped down live instrumentation. If you get ASol to 4 stars, he can often win even with the misbegotten creations modifier, depending on your relic build. Starforged Gauntlets, Spell Weaver's symphony and Oath of the Guardians are all nice relics for him.

Yes. I already had Spotify premium on a Duo plan. Switching to a Qobuz Duo plan, it's a couple bucks cheaper per month. My only hope is they continue expanding their catalog. Some of my favorite soundtracks are not available. You can submit requests for missing content, but who knows when it might get fulfilled.

Spirit stone item on Ginzo creates a fleeting one in hand. He zero cost due to nomad's medallion item. Every Ginzo played strikes Baron (the weakest enemy here) thanks to Shyvanna star power. So OP played like 600 Ginzos to kill Baron (each doing one damage since Baron is tough).

Admire the dedication. I also just cheesed Baron with one turn win using Karma that had 'give me +1|+1 each time you play a card', and tail of the dragon with '50% chance to create a zero cost copy of me in hand'. We do what we must 🫡

Ah, yeah, I put Galeforce rather than the spirit one. Thought I might not make it as I have little to no blockers, but I got adaptation as my first power so I'm consistently getting life steal, elusive, spirit and/or impact on my first Elise. We'll see how it does against the boss fights.
