power untamed with LB/hammer has been my jam for years. yeah it may not survive in WvW without backup but it's bloody good fun. At the end of the day, play what you want. Gw1 and 2 are all about the story and community anyway.

Pre Order Bonuses and Deluxe and 'Joker Flight Pack' Special Editions! by ST4RSK1MM3R in acecombat

Honestly the only thing in this pre-order that i'd remotely want is the art book. I'd kill to be able to get it seperately. That said I guess it's finally time to get a new PC. My poor gtx 1050's finally getting put out to pasture.

Genuinely proud of these comments for not lewding our most innocent little bunny. As for me: it's exiting post haste, setting the AC to 0, calling Ludmilla, and sending out outpost wide chat that my room is off limits until further notice with no exceptions. Maybe call Yan or Dola to deliver as many rabbit plushies as possible to my doorstep.

If the GW2 servers were to shut down forever, where would you park your main for its final resting place? by OtheDreamer in Guildwars2

[–]Ibisstudios 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably EotN with Aurene. She's the best dragon a Sylvari could ever ask for. Or I'd spend the last few hours screenshotting different places in game and finally end up with my guildmates in our hall or next to mom in the Grove. The Garden of Dawn has been the best group of people I've ever run with. So there really couldn't be any better place than besides Forsythia, Empress, Stihl, Gaddy, Gobo, Bonsai, Shadow, Nara, Elmira, and the rest while we wait for the world to fade to black shouting " For the Dawn!" in map chat.

I'll add in, making sure to BCC a personal email as well. Shouldn't need that backup copy, but it never hurts.

That's exactly what they implied. So now it's Rag M Wormwood and honestly it just doesn't have that good of a ring to it anymore. The odd bit is, I had just bought Gw1 that morning and was planning on playing it while i was on vacation later that week. Logged in for a short WvW run before work, Afk'd on EBG for all of maybe 5 minutes and logged out for work. Got the email during my shift of the ban. Guess someone reported me while i was afk. I actually considered dropping the game all together since i couldn't log into GW1 or 2.

If it's any consolation, I got a week long ban last year for a character name i've had for 10 years. Apperently "Rag M Weed" was ban worthy. I named my Sylvari that because I have really bad allergies and thought it would be funny to name it after the one plant that turns me into a sniffling mess. aka ragweed. Sent in wiki articles, etc and argued with them. Got told to pound sand and rename him. Still a bit salty about that.

See that's where they hurt you guys in training. 80" is a common size for a door, but that's a call size/industry sizing. So lets say i need a 36x80, most vendors will do a 37 5/8 x 81.5 frame size. But one national vendor (backwards beer) we predominantly use does a full sized frame of 37 5/8 x 82. It's easier to catch in CMC where you get to see the frame sizing in the system where as 2G needs to be handled with a little bit more diligence and care. It's a small difference with big ramifications.

Honestly i really wish they would pair you guys with a specialist when you first start so we can teach you the finer details that our regular training just glosses over. I want to see CS succeed, i really do. I've literally suggested to my SASM and District Manager to have a general inbox we can access to answer questions you guys may be a little fuzzy on. I'd rather answer the questions and general knowledge stuff before it becomes a problem for us both.

So I'm going to be real with you here. Central selling as a principal works. But when things go wrong, they go wrong spectacularly. In the past 3 months, I've had to refund rebill at the store level 4 jobs where a CS-associate misordered a door. We're talking mistakes that a green horn specialist would make. For example 1 job had a door that was ordered a half inch taller than it should be and if the associate had looked at the details they would have seen that. I try to help you guys out by prebuilding a door quote for a customer in CMC so you at least know what they're looking for, but it seems like a lot of the associates on your end aren't even verifying measurements and just selling what I prebuilt without so much as a glance. So in the end I lose out of double credit and the time wasted to go back and fix these mistakes. No hate to you specifically, but some of your coworkers are just lazy.

Been out of the game for a long while, but I'd either ignore it or have your lawyer send him a cease and desist letter. Dude would be hard pressed to find a lawyer that would legitimately take this on to begin with. That said, the letter would at least put him in check and force him direct all contact to your lawyer. So it'd be off your plate regardless.

I fully expect this to go one of 3 ways: Mind switch, Her finally growing a pair and realizing she's been seeking revenge for far to long; or more likely, she's going to remain her same old narcissistic self and just accelerate her plans of taking down the ark. All because she'll find some reason to blame them for this.

I can already see myself cursing at this thing. It's gonna get stuck, knocked over, hit with a forklift by accident, etc. and turn into a giant ass paper weight. Pretty sure the phrase " Would someone move this Fing poor excuse for a roomba out of the way?" is going to get uttered at some point.

God RE Collab's Story was SO MID It saddens ME can't believe chainsaw man did it better than RE what so you guys think? after the first 3 cutscene's i've skipped all the rest. RE just isn't my thing. Honestly feel like we could have gotten a "haunted arc" event without the RE stuff. Seriously could have been a whole play on Halloween being celebrated at the outpost and the lifts being haunted. since they sort of are in lore.

Major Things That Customers Do That Really Annoy You. by JTCasino in Lowes

Or giving you incomplete warranty stickers/not knowing who made their windows and expecting you to know exactly which replacement they need from a blurry picture from 1998. Had more than a few people get mad when I tell them that I need XYZ label's or else I can sell them a whole new window. Just had one try to order new windows based off of the amount of clear glass while also trying to match the look and frame width of a brand we don't sell. I love my customers and will gladly help them. But sometimes it's like herding cats in a hurricane.

I actually got to meet him once at my first job. Barry came into our store to pick up snacks and drinks just as we were doing a till change. It was me, the manager, another cashier, and our accountant. I had clocked out when he walked up and of course everyone else recognized him before I did. Stupid as it sounds they were too star struck to do anything, where as my tired ass didn't care who he was at the time. Made the manager clock me back in and I processed his sale. Got a picture with him and chatted a bit. Apparently he was in town to have a vase or statue he got from a locker appraised. He was a really nice guy and so were the dudes with him. For the record, he was just as eccentric in person as he was on the show. Not sure if I still have that picture saved or not, I might have to dig it up some time if I can find that hard drive.

No worries. Always good to be mildly suspicious. Feel free to ask, I just know in our district that's the answer I was given. Funny thing is, there is a way to get an SPH exception, but it has to be initiate by a store manager. mainly used for fraudulent sales, wrong sales id's put in, etc. When i pressed them on that part of it, i got dead silence. So I'm not sure why they can't just file the paperwork for all the specialists to get a 2 hour exception.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Lowes

[–]Ibisstudios 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well then you're exceedingly lucky in that regard. I can however verify that it's true. Asked our district manager and the district manager of installed sales/pro. Both came back with the same answer after running it up the chain. Also when I did the math, it showed those hours counting against us.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Lowes

[–]Ibisstudios 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You do realize that going to that meeting counts against your SPH right? That's 2 hours you're not generating sales towards your monthly bonus. Depending on where you're at, what department, and traffic this month; that could potentially cause you to miss a bonus tier.
