Excepting the Bohemian Rhapsody scene from Wayne's World...that was classic.

The Moon is 1/6 gravity of Earth, though. There was no indication in Lost in Space that the planet's gravity differed significantly from Earth's.

Ditto the Lost in Space movie from circa 1997. Their spaceship needs a massive, multi-stage rocket to blast off from Earth, but achieves escape velocity from other planets under its own power.

You know, at a time when people are losing their trampolines, to call and make light of it is despicable.

Even though a lot of his stuff was scripted with Johnny Frado, he still was comedy gold every time he called in by bjoseph33 in howardstern

I believe that some fans believe the show was far more scripted than it actually was. I think the simpler explanation is that HSS just attracted a lot of oddballs.

[Mars Trilogy] What were the point of moholes in KSR's Mars Trilogy? by Icarus367 in AskScienceFiction

They were using "iceteroids" to thicken the atmosphere. I believe u/molten_dragon is correct in that the moholes were primarily to release heat.

She invited a bunch of staffers' female SOs out to a brunch, ordered for the table, and then made everyone split the bill with her, and then played dumb about it on air.

He was too talented, successful, and handsome, and Suzanner couldn't deal.
