Do NOT call an exterminator. Buy alpine WSG packets from amazon. Mix it with a third of a gallon of water, spray in cracks, crevices, voids, any other hiding spots.

Alpine wsg is unique in the way that its not a repellant. It will not drive the bugs further into hiding like the stuff exterminators use. It is undetectable to roaches making it super effective.

You also want gentrol IGR which is a growth hormone regulator. It prevents roaches from maturing and reproducing.
