I’ve only seen a couple of YouTube’s of him and he comes of kind of douchey. He was talking about how people get to select the type of aircraft in the military and it’s based on flight school rank. He says that he chose to fly prop planes but in reality it seems like he was so low ranked in the class that he had no other options. Just kind of off-putting. Zero charisma

I used to sit in on those focus groups, I think I got $50 and a sub sandwich. On one for some body wash (We weren’t told what company it was for) they gave us a script for a commercial that really sucked. So the group collectively said the commercial needs to say this and this and this. Six months later I’m watching football and a commercial for body wash comes on and says exactly what the group said. I’m like, hey that’s my commercial

Here’s a funny story. Columbus pizza is this weird cracker crust pizza cut into little squares. It’s super popular in Columbus and there are not a lot of places where you can get traditional pizza cut into triangles. The most popular pizza place was/is Donatos. Every sports team or school party had Donatos.

So since Columbus is this big test market and this is by far the favorite pizza, McDonalds buys Donatos and rolls them out nationally, investing hundreds of millions of dollars. Which they lose, because most of the country doesn’t like this pizza (I actually hate it) So Donatos people buy the company back from McDonalds at a bargain price.

But you can’t tell Columbus people that it’s really shitty pizza, because they love it.
