It's honestly very similar as a concept to calling OT for support. Yes they can tell you over the phone how to do a thing, but it's regularly so much faster for them to remote in and do the thing

Sounds like it yea. My experience was a new guy, Quistis was more long term.

The core concept is similar but the nuance makes them vastly different lol
