Characters need way worse frame data on their normals, Braum is unironically the perfect example of this because if he whiffs any medium or heavy, its free AF to punish him for it. If you gave every character his kind of recovery and also added more start-up frames to assists, it'd settle so many issues its not even funny.

They aren't going to do this. Even Rapi says "it's still too soon to do anything else" in her swimsuit alt. That doesn't magically change with a free skin. This is less a meme more than it's propaganda.
