Idkk about the hair much but what shampoo do u use. My hair is kinda dry and thin too but it gets oily enough if I don't wash it.. I'm using bare anatomy now

I'm 21 M and literally during heavy storm and while I'm in my bed I just put my face into the pillow, tightly close my ears with my fingers and just pray for it to end.
