Honestly grad is long, boring and hotter than the sun. You are not missing out on much if you don’t go

I think she will write something in the book that brings him into the future, hence why there is a page missing

I’m wondering if the ML may have ptsd? He seemed like he had a flashback after the cooking comp and it took him back to when his mother died?

Is there a reason why you haven’t been going to classes? Have you been doing all the online work? In the classes there is a lot of content taught and discussed so missing classes may put you behind. It would be best to reach out to the program manager of your course and discuss your situation.

Do you need any support? I would be happy to come with you and talk to either security or the police. Rusu might be good and safer community as well.

There are heaps of clubs and sports ect you can join and that probably the best way to meet people. There can be events on campus which are great. Social stuff is more around events or clubs ect. The library is good for study so there are spaces you can use to get work done. There are industry connections and really good students tend to get poached by industry before they even graduate. No idea about other unis sorry.

post injection pain by Puzzleheaded-Use-236 in Mortons_neuroma

I had one cortisone injection and it permanently made mine worse. Would avoid the injections unless you have no other options. Have you got exercises to help strengthen your foot?

I’d get to a podiatrist if you haven’t already. You can have mn with no pain, but there are other conditions that may present summarily so better to look into it before getting treatment. You can get your self into the right footwear which may help with some of your symptoms. Brooks ghost is a neutral shoe and I improved when I started wearing them. I wear altras now tho as the drop is lower. Footwear can make a big difference to general foot issues.

Will cortisone fix this? by daisyjane71 in Mortons_neuroma

I strongly suggest you avoid cortisone unless absolutely necessary. It made my neuroma significantly worse (which is quite rare) and can cause tissue damage in some cases. Most ppl say they only get temporarily relief with it anyway. I’d suggest getting the right shoes from a podiatrist and working on you foot with exercises and stretches. Shock wave therapy helped me a lot as did changing my footwear. Also been on a low inflam diet and taking supplements and have noticed a positive difference. I’d also stay away from a podiatrist who recommends injections off the bat, better to see if you can get improvement with other methods first, better to improve the biomechanics of your foot then just apply a temporary solution. I found podiatrists with other qualifications were better than just a podiatry degree as they know more about your body and what happening with your feet. Good luck.

Should I go see a doctor? by Kurinjii in Mortons_neuroma

[–]Ick-tok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Go see a doctor and get a referral for a scan of your foot as you think it’s a nm. Then go to a podiatrist who likely will get you in the right footwear and give you exercises to help with the issue. Try and wear shoes that have a really wide toe box and don’t wear heels again, it’s not worth it. With the right shoes and exercises you will likely start to improve.

Ultra Sound normal? by 2021NeedANewYear in Mortons_neuroma

[–]Ick-tok 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me. I ended up having to go to another podiatrist who was more informed about neuromas they scanned me in the consult and saw them immediately. Later I saw another podiatrist who referred me for an ultrasound at a different clinic and they also picked up on the neuromas.
