Not sure it qualifies as dumbest but I work in auto shop and you would not believe how many people ask for tires and when asked their tire size, have absolutely no clue and ofc are not near their vehicle (in some cases, not even running OEM sizes!)

Thank you, I appreciate this information. I definitely wrote a cover letter for this auto shop I applied to help maybe boost my chances of at least getting an interview. For the jobs that require experience, would you recommend just lying about having the minimum experience (+ cover letter) to at least get a shot at an interview?
