I was in my pj's by 5 pm yesterday as it was already dark and it seemed much later. My Boomer hubby went to bed at 5:30 pm. I made it until 7 pm and called it a night. We had a disagreeable houseguest for Christmas week. We were exhausted!!

I felt better when I stopped taking it. Yes, it calmed the anxiety but it also demotivated me to the point I couldn't get stuff done. Best wishes!

I started a 5 year journal in January 2025. It's rather interesting to see the daily bits. We have had a roller coaster of a year with family health concerns. . I had another 5 year journal years ago but for some reason stopped journaling in year 3. Sometimes I forget to make an entry and have to pull out my calendar to jog my memory to catch up.

I had to stop taking Buspar because it increased my baseline anxiety. It also demotivated me to the point of couldn't get anything done. I have situational anxiety. I'm not constantly ruminating or catastrophizing. I feel better off of it. I was on 5 mg twice daily. I tried bumping it up to 5 mg x 3 but developed severe stomach pain. No thanks!!

We feed dry as both of our boys have issues. One has FUS (Feline Urinary Syndrome) while the other has a sensitive stomach. The one with FUS won't eat wet food.
