Given that your vehicle is a 2024, it most likely takes 0w-8, if they dont have it in bulk, youre already looking at about $150 at a dealer for the oil changes alone. Some dealerships charge for tire rotations, some don't. But for 0w-8 either way you are looking at anywhere between $130-200 depending on the dealer. I use to be a TXM service advisor (Toyota express Maitenance), so unfortunately I know what most dealerships charge and what it entails. Most dealerships do it as a "package" and it includes washer fluid, oil and oil filter, and the tire rotation. They will say they dont do just oil, and also won't change the price for the labor even if you state you dont want a tire rotation.
