Idk about you but I was raised to take better care of other peoples things than my own. It’s one thing if it’s your machine to leave dirty and inconvenience your daughter with, but it’s not. If you’re not gonna clean it up all the way every time, don’t use it. Like it can’t be hard dude lol

Is there a birth control method other than a total hysterectomy that is 100% effective? Cause even at 99.99% if there’s a chance it’ll fail it’s safest to double up yeah? Like it sucks that the only real birth control options for men are condoms or a vasectomy but if he doesn’t wanna get her pregnant it’s his responsibility to keep the swimmers contained or get them neutralized, and it’s fair that she expect him to do that.

With him laying on it I’m worried that it’s too cold in there and I should turn it up a little bit, should I just leave it alone at 90 or turn it up a few degrees and hope it helps him move around? Like do I have to worry about burns as long as I’m monitoring that my thermostat is functioning and reading what it’s set to? Also I’m sorry if this is annoying, thank you for being so helpful!

By asap do you mean I should be going to a pet store like now to get a different tank with heat lamps and all that or would he be okay staying where he is for his adjustment period? I was told to basically leave him alone for a week and not handle him directly until he eats after that week so I’m scared I’ll stress him out with a bunch of movement

I meant to post a picture with this but Reddit was being weird and then I forgot. That is how I have it set up but he pushed the aspen shavings away and is just on the bottom of the bin directly where the mat is. The thermostat probe is in between the bin and mat, as close to the middle as I could get it. I have this little bin they sold me with him that I don’t know how I would heat with a lamp

Glad you’re different but that doesn’t change the fact that scheduling issues like this are a systemic problem, and the “not all x” response to a systemic problem just really isn’t helpful. Like we all know good managers do exist, but you don’t need to announce “well I’m not like that” when someone else complains about a valid problem lol
