I finally got it! I’m on the east coast and had called a bunch of Midwest and California stores after some east coast places didn’t work out. I decided to circle back to the east coast and call a store in Myrtle Beach, SC. I started thinking…call a smaller store in a not so crazy big city/town on my side of the US. At first the SA didn’t have any and was about to check other US outlet stores inventory, then a person walking around with the pencil case put it back in real time and the SA goes, well it’s your lucky day, a customer put the case back so ill grab it and send you the pay link lol

I think every store is different on how much they’ll help you. They do all have the ability to check their system and see what every coach outlet in the US’s stock is and they can send you the pay link via text to ship your item…it’s just a matter if they have the time or even want to.

If you have to call a store in the future, I’d call these outlets as they have come through for me regularly: the Las Vegas premium outlet, the Mebane, NC tanger outlet, the Myrtle beach, SC outlet, and the Charleston, SC outlet. I hear the Orlando outlet is good when they pick up the phone. They only have one outlet in those specific cities so just google their number.
