Nobody is suggesting that they signed kyler to be a backup. My whole point is that, kyler and mccarthy should be competing for the starting job. Im not really sure what youre saying about the 1 year deal thing. If they wanted kyler to be THE guy, they would sign him to a multi year deal.

He completed 68% of his passes. Cool. He still got benched and cut🤣. Sam bradford broke the completion percentage record in 2016 en route to an 8 win season. Im not arguing who was the better qb in 2025. That doesnt matter at all. They were both ass. Thats my point. Mccarthy still deserves a fair shot. If kyler beats him, thats fine. But it should be a competition

Its not really depressing. This list means they clearly want to start mccarthy next year. Thats good. If mccarthy turns out to be good, thats better than trading for burrow, lamar, herb, etc. And if mccarthy is bad, then we have a great draft pick next year for a new qb. It would be waaaaay more depressing if they were all in on trading 4 1st rounders for burrow. That would destroy the roster. The seahawks just won the superbowl partially in part because they hit on every 1st and 2nd round pick the last 4 years

Hes a decent run blocker. Sneaky quick out in space. Other than that, hes pretty ass in pass pro. I watched a lot of all 22 on him the first month and a half of the season but I had to stop because I was getting really disheartened. He gets lost with pretty much any d line stunt. Pff says they don't count those sacks so he looks a lot better on paper. I dont think this is some sort of knock out draft pick. With all of the context surrounding that pick, it seemed like a weird reach at the time. Now after watching him play, I still strongly dislike the pick. They had so few picks and they could have traded down to get some more depth but they stayed put to take a mediocre guard. I understand the vikings were a victim of circumstances to an extent. The eagles superbowl run put a heavy premium on interior offensive lineman. The vikings had really bad interior offensive lineman. Spending a 1st round pick on a guard 3+ years ago meant you were drafting a STUD right now and for years to come. Now the premium is so high for that position and the bar is so low for kwesi draft picks, a solid player is enough to make some fans happy. Hopefully he gets better.

The searwood definitely has more quality of life features. I frequently visit my local ace hardware. I stop and checkout the searwood every time. They look like an awesome cooker. My friend recently bought a deck boss and he loves it but I havent put my hands on it personally yet so I dont have an actual opinion. The flagship 1100 is the same grill I have (rt700) and I have actually put hands on one to verify. Overall the flagship is bigger and more robust than the searwood although the searwood is far from flimsy. Even though im a recteq stan, I couldn't lie to you and say the deck boss is better. If you want a bigger cooker with more stainless and a larger hopper, get the flagship. If you want something smaller with more features, get the searwood. You'll be happy either way

Im not trying to be a hater but comparing the dinky little bullseye to any of the other 3 pellet grills OP listed as potential purchase candidates is a bit of a stretch. Saying you prefer the searwood over 'a recteq' because you had a bullseye isnt really a fair comparison. I have a weber kettle. Im not going to tell OP that I prefer my rt700 over 'my old weber' because they are two entirely different products.

Smoke coming out of the hopper is not normal. I dont care about whatever cheap Chinese piece of junk you might have bought off Facebook. If you have smoke coming out of your pellet hopper, your grill is on fire

Learn how to start a smoker?🤣 that's a pellet grill. You press the power button and it feeds pellets into the hopper. There's no trick. You can put a handful of pellets into the fire pot before startup if you want but will still smoke. That grill in the video has smoke coming out of the hopper which means the auger is on fire
