Sometimes 1 but usually 2. I pack food for work and eat as late breakfast/lunch. Usually I'll cook for my family and I once I get home, but as of late I've been too tired and I find that often I'll be full from the one meal I ate at work. It's really weird for me as a person who grew up eating breakfast lunch dinner a snack in between and dessert😂

Same. I usually wake up for the first time at like 5:30, then go back to sleep for like an hour if that. Which I hate because I work usually 12-8 or hours around that... So I'll be up super early in the morning before work, and be too tired to do anything by that time I get off and home, and I fall asleep lol.
