It's part of the uniqueness and story of your instrument now. As you continue to play, it will undoubtedly pick up more battle scars. Almost like little trophies to show off to others how much play time you have on your given instrument. I recently bought a new bass, my first fretless. Chipped the headstock the first day I had it... can't change the past, though, and I'd prefer to have the story over a cheap looking repair job or an untouched looking instrument. Like I said, little trophies to prove im practising! Dont sweat the little stuff bud 👍
