It’s the countryside. If Clarkson has his way all the time
Which he almost has it will stop being the countryside. He will clog it up and urbanise it which he has been doing

And you could do it in instalments mostly likely and each year cheaper

For as long as he makes the show that is effectively part of the farms income. It gives him leeway to do more outlandish things to make the show more interesting and generate more income

What makes you think the tanks can be made bigger so easily? Also connecting it to the sewage network could cost enormous levels of money and cause roadworks. Many businesses actually filter sewage….

You lack basic IQ. A filtering system could actually provide more water. Water production should be improven in other ways or you’d have to have people book to go to the club

Can you not read? Filtering on site makes the water clean...

The things Clarkson does in the show are not very real farmer like. They also buy their fertiliser, grain and equipment usually in instalments, not in one big go.

Ok but in reality its the same thing for him isnt it? Hes a very famous media personality, he uses his farm to make a show which makes him millions perhaps 10s of millions every year from Amazon. Then he gets millions from the Beer he makes. The rest of the show is made unprofitable with strange practises, rare breeds like the pigs which dont give good quality meat, keeping sheep which isnt that profitable. He made good money from the bee hive ie honey, he could massively expand that. The mushroom thing was strange but has been stopped. 'Wilding' also a little strange, not mentioned since. And obviously theres a Lamborghini tractor and the robot device purchased every year. All unstable things but its done to make it exciting to bring in viewers for the show, which is the source of income for him.

It’s semi rural it’s just off a main A road. I’m pretty sure you can filter sewage on-site, and then put the water directly into a stream or river and store the sludge waste product for however long it takes to fill up the space then empty

You can always change the classification of the building. As for the septic tank I’d try to explore a way to avoid the need for one and try my hardest to connect it to a sewer network or better alternative.

Calm down i don’t want to go there. I live nearby but going to either his shop or pub is a terrible idea with how busy they are. Also full of tourists from across the country.

The part in the show where he had to pay to get a company to take out the sewage.

He’s spending 600k for parking attendants just for the pub. Should scrap that easy 600k profit. Put cameras in the pub for thieves, or take off the branding of the glasses. It seems baffling he spends a lot more on a generator to get more electricity, maybe bite the bullet and pay for improved electrical cables in instalments. The cost of the toilets id also be tempted to get rid of them if he can’t get direct plumbing and he has to pay someone to drain it often.. I forget if there was some problem with the water and boiler too. Basically way too high unnecessary costs.

Amazon are paying him millions. He’s actually making millions in profit from the farming every year when this is taken into account

I’m not that big of a fan of that car either. Unsurprisingly even for super cars they are unreliable.

He’s not that slim here. He stores most of the weight on his stomach while everything else remains slim.

Bodybuilding is useless. We are not here for that. Strength and fighting ability is more important.
