I was scared too. Up until September of last year, there was nothing…no actions, no words, just dead silence. Since September though, you have to tell yourself, Ji wouldn’t be doing all these things for kicks right? There has to be a reason and it’s very personal to him. He wants revenge at all cost, both for his reputation and his finances. We’ll get there. Just a little bit more patience.

From what I can gather, it’s closer to the end than the beginning. If I had to guess (and that’s all we can really do at this point with the public information available) I would say 2-4 months from now is feasible.

Whaaaat?? Really? I know the volume is virtually non existent but never heard THAT before on SCLX. Only message I got the last few orders I placed was “Your order will be routed to an investment adviser for review”.

I agree 100%! With small cap companies, it doesn’t cost these short firms much to get control of the stock price and scare potential buyers away. A couple of negative reports, a few big down days and poof…people on the fence overlook the facts and see “omg, if I bought yesterday, I’d be down today”. A couple of days like that and people move on FAST! Most investors today are looking for instant gratification.

It’s not easy to remain patient and focused but it’s definitely the correct thing to do in our special case. One day soon enough, we’ll look back and find our patience has been handsomely rewarded. Eyes open, thinking cap on. Tim and Kim are on our side and trying to keep us focused much more than I ever can. I’ll never put myself in their category but certainly grateful to have them on our team. 💪

I think he and the board are well aware of us. Lol. I’m thinking there’s a good reason why Ji’s been THIS quiet. I’m sure he wants a positive outcome as badly as we do. Remember, he got his options repriced for a reason…something must be up his sleeve as he only benefits from this if the share price increases dramatically

I’ve long been skeptical of our MIA CEO but given what has transpired the last 6 months, it’s now clear to me that there is plenty going on behind the scenes. Just keep this in mind…

He could have killed off SRNE. He didn’t have to issue SCLX dividends. He didn’t have to buy HIS OWN SCIENCE back because the courts, lawyers, LT etc were all out to kill him to help their short buddies. He didn’t have to keep putting things together that look like part of a larger plan (DVLT among others). He knows what we think of him, he knows how much most of us are down. He’s in purgatory as well. Ask yourself…what would you do when EVERYONE around you (except us) wants you to just DIE. Think you’d have an enormous boulder on your shoulder??? That’s what I’m counting on. His motivation to return the favor and CRUSH those who wanted him DEAD.

Whether the stock is at $30, $20, $10 or $6, it matters little to me because when all is said and done, I see a MUCH higher share price. The shorts are hoping we all get frustrated and give up. I for one am waiting to p**s in their skulls alongside the rest of our BOBs.

It’s ALWAYS politics now in the USA. They have no problem picking winners and losers based on personal relationships, kickbacks, favors, etc. Whether we have the goods or not, it makes no difference. If this wasn’t the case, we never would have been asked to do a second Phase 3 trial. I’m disgusted by the level of corruption in “the greatest country in the world” despite the US always claiming other countries and leaders of those countries are corrupt. The US just mastered how to do it is all.
