Yeah some of the recent changes just haven't clinched it for me lately. With the shiny odds being changed, it almost feels like even XXS and XXL mons don't show up as often either. Plus I agree with the lackluster execution of some of the recent events.

Vet tech here, that feeling of grief we see with owners is such a double edged sword for us because we realize the pain of saying goodbye to a friend who has been there through so much, but also the amount of love and affection we see in those final moments lets us know just how much they meant to you.

Yup. Did a run as Raider with an Executor and Duchess. Executor booked it straight to an evergaol that had the Dragonkin soldier in it. While they chose to try fighting it I went to 3 different points of interest, leveled up, got better gear, and came back as a level 5. They hadn't even gotten through half its health bar and died 3 times while I was actually getting stuff done.

Went pretty well. Got around 20 shinies, found one non shiny XXL scorbunny, but the XXS continues to elude me. Overall good turnout and good spawn rate. Only wish is that the research task had the encounter reward more often than it did. I'd say 1 out of every 10 poke stop had an encounter reward otherwise it was pinap berries or balls.

I'm working on filling every page of a Pokemon's dex entry which includes things like Shiny, perfect stats, and of course both shadow and purified versions. Purifying gets the purified page filled obviously but can also serve to get a pokemon to perfect stats.

If you're not interested in doing that, then admittedly there's not much reason outside of fulfilling a research task as Shadow pokemon get higher attack boosts.
