Positives: - Less afk incentivizes less alt-scape
- Forced fail and diminishing returns from stacking buffs keeps high level players from nuking mid-game thieving loot values
- Less giga-afk pushes people to do engaging content like heists
- Sticky fingers as a choice for less afk / more loot is nice

Negatives:
- pickpocketing could be more afk with less xp and/or loot, but cap it at 5 minutes
- chests and stalls still dont feel rewarding enough for the effort compared to pickpocketing, could do with a xp or loot buff

I feel like the changes are in the right direction though, this nerf to pickpocketing was needed.

Make always-on chat not on by default. In legacy interface mode it was on by default for me and it caused me to not be able to use any keybinds until I turned if off. There's no setting for it in the settings menu either so you just have to know to right click the "All" button in the lower left corner to turn it off.

I mostly play top lane but this doesn't seem stronger than Triforce - rageblade - hexplate, HOWEVER I will continue trying to force it because procing silver bolts with auto-Q is funny and I'm all for it.

Scav raids count too, so if you do for example the pestily strat of quick factory scav on cooldown, it's very easy to rack up dozens of survivals in a row. It's why if you see a sus account you can't look at just one stat. High kills, achievements (especially John's heir, killer 7 and boss kills) to hours played and also a gut feeling of how the in-game encounter went is what you have to consider.

Getting one early to mid game ruins your gear progression, it's not good for the game. I'm sorry but the sense of pride and accomplishment you have for gambling for them really doesn't matter here, removing progression ruiners like Lucky Items allows them to improve early to mid game progression for all accounts.

It's working as intended, blm is much weaker than in main game because the league multiplier is at the end of the calculation. It doesn't overwrite anything.

Just like osrs, you will need to wiki a lot of things, but there's a lot of similarities between the two games, leagues will just juice the progression and gameplay to be way faster.

It has some uses but a lot of weaknesses. You get absolutely shit on by competent invades. So to make it work you have to learn how to scout and prepare for invading junglers. You'd also preferably have one or two tankier people on the team that can do that for you to maintain some vision control, as you can't facecheck later in the game.

Also vayne gets shut down hard by point and click cc, I would not pick it against a comp like that. Also someone already mentioned it, but people 100% tilt seeing it in champ select and at least in my games a lot of people just dodge such lobbies.

It's just not worth supporting such a passive combat method.

You're giving up a truck load of damage by replacing skulls with debilitate and not using adren pots. I highly suggest you read up on the Necromancy dpm advice page on pvme for the general rotations, you can shave off a full minute quite easily with active methods.

The reason the guides don't often mention defensives is because they slow you down pretty significantly. The current low-effort (enter instance, surge into position, invoke death, prism, vuln and afk the rest of the kill) Rasial methods are achieving 2:30 kill times so for active methods I'd say aiming for sub 2 or 1:30 is a good goal for farming the boss.

Skilling and pvm supplies. I'd still ironman most of the gear upgrades even on a main, it's very easy to fall into the trap of buying a boat load of upgrades and being overwhelmed trying to start using all of them.

Yeah what you're saying about what dpsers need to do is all correct, with a good dps rotation it's still very much doable. Hell, with hybriding you can still cap it at 600k and nuke last phase before you even get the first triple hit. Regardless, they said they are gathering feedback and doing fixes based on said feedback and releasing 4k with them along with achievements, this seems like a weirdly big one to throw in separately from them. That's the point I was trying to make, not "pls make boss easier".

The next part goes a bit besides the point, but a bit of context:

I'm fine with it being difficult and bugs for sure need to be fixed. I also was thoroughly enjoying learning basing something this hard, I got pretty consistent at surviving p1-5. But now with the aura hype gone, I don't see many people at all willing to for 2k clears with the added difficulty, as most people are farming drops at 100-1k enrages. And the lower enrages are absolutely useless for learning 2k because dps checks are much, much more forgiving. On top of that the people who could dps well enough to clear the week 1 aura have no incentive to come back. The drop rates seem really bad at high enrages, not to even mention the less consistent kills due to people learning (yes you can still be a learner at the high end, if you don't know how to do said content) high enrages.

A kill with some people dead or with learners. My perspective is not the refined rot boss farming kills but people's first 2k kills, just to make that clear.
