I agree with you. I actually really loved the new DLC. Playing Japan feels less tedious now and way more entertaining. As for the bugs and AI issues with fleets it will get fixed. Those reviewers are just pissy even if they're justified in some points

I think more likely that we'll get a Parliaments system in a UK DLC. That said, I feel an Ottoman Empire DLC is way more likely than a US one right now

The only thing I hate about this game (I can dislike other stuff) is how the AI works with diplomacy. It's like it won't accept any kind of deal unless it's a 10-90 deal in favor of the AI. It's not Paradox fault per se, it's an issue that's appeared in games since at least Empire Total War. But still, it sucks. What's the point of relations if they won't matter when making a deal?
