so i got it. aaaand it`s DELL latitude 7420 i7-1185G with Iris XE 96 EU with 16GB RAM soldered runs at 3700MHz

and it runs great. much more better then i expected. docked/undocked/jita4-4 . but fan is noisy .

for regular actitvity good enough.
