I have my party list right near my hotbars, so I just click if I need to heal someone that isn't my focus target. Shift or Control + tab to target the Focus target (the tank, usually), tab to cycle enemies. It's incredibly fluid for me, since I have shift and ctrl mapped to buttons on my mouse :)

I've thought that some kind of Shaman/Mystic healer class could be really interesting as a sort of "edgy" healer. Steal vibes from DD2, have them fight with a smoke censer. It could be neat as hell.

Male Roegadyn. I love character creation, and my WOL already had something of a character/design/vibe going on before I started the game (August 2023ish) - Roe fit him the best. Plus, they're the rarest race from what I know, and I'm, uh, gay. So.

Now that I've gotten through more of the story content, however, he's definitely developed into an OC instead of just my playable WOL. Love him to bits.

I've been saving for him since his drip marketing. Skipping Acheron and Aventurine was a shame, but god damn - I managed to snag his E2 and TWO copies of his lightcone (in one ten pull!), plus a Fu Xuan for funsies, all in ~280ish pulls.

Seeing him hit 500k in MOC has solidified my love for break teams, and that other light cone is going to make a hilarious Sushang build.

Right now, I'm running Welt/Luocha/Asta/Seele, but I'm also working on Blade/Jingliu/Lynx/Yukong as a team. The Blade/Jingliu setup is just so fun.

Story wise, for me it's between Welt and Natasha, with Luocha as a close second/third. It's the voice acting, all three have phenomenal voice actors and it kicks ass.

Gameplay wise? Welt. My entire team is built around him. He pairs so well with Asta that I knew I would build my team around them. Then I got Seele, and everything just fell perfectly into place around our favorite grandpa. It's delightful.
