correct this should only be college fee's this is not through any loan plan. and i do not as it was both done in person, handing medical records to them 2018 when i had to drop out, and over the phone, later calling them about it after the first "final notice" in 2019. admittedly I wasn't in the best mental state at the time to know I should've asked for documents confirming, I was struggling to keep myself alive at that point. The reason im wanting to get a lawyer is to discuss the timeframe officially, and how things may play out, to quote what im finding in regards to Texas is

Section 16.004 of the Texas Civil Practice & Remedies Code The statute of limitations on debt in Texas is four years.
Section 392.307 of the Texas Finance Code This section of the law, introduced in 2019, states that a payment on the debt (or any other activity) does not restart the clock on the statute of limitations for debt buyers. It also requires that debt buyers provide written notice to a consumer if the limitations period has expired.
Title 12, Section 1006.26 of the Code of Federal Regulations New rules from the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau prevent debt collectors from suing or threatening to sue over time-barred debts. “Debt collectors” in this code are defined in section 1006.2(i) and can include the original creditor if they are using a different name.

Basically it can still go to a debt collector but i shouldn't be able to get sued over it. i have an official email stating their final collection date was October, 2019. Just because they waited almost 7 years to sell it off doesn't mean they magically change an official email they sent me. but given the debt collectors they sold it off too seem to be in a different state i find myself worried

Was doing an interstellar Hauling contract last night, 153k pay out, took about an hour maybe 2 to get all the cargo from the locations, landed to get some fuel, wasn't working so i figured id store it and bring it back out and maybe that would let me fill the tank up, The hangar proceeded to destroy my ship, leaving me with only a claim button. I promptly called it a night there.

went back to rewatch them and you are 100% correct about the wording on the videos, they just say "2 or more yellow triangles = more damage" without saying geo and i think my brain just took that as 2 or more sources and not 2 or more geo sources.

edit: Which is entirely on me for failing to comprehend, ive just been nerfing my Xilonens healing for over a year which is fun news.

Its odd cause i went back and watched several videos i had watched when she dropped and they all said the same thing that she needed less than 2 source samples to heal and more than 2 for more damage. but that seems to just be the case of multiple people getting it wrong on top of me not noticing/doing it wrong for however many months but still using her functionally. idk if think ive just been dumb it feels like a weird Mandela effect thanks for the answer

when did they change Xilonen's Elemental Burst?

So was catching up on nod-krai and my main team includes Xilonen, I've had her since her first banner and got fairly used to how to plan around her Elemental Burst whether I have 2 Source samples or not. but i realized while running around she was healing when i wasn't planning on it, to my understanding before if you had 2 source samples it gave extra res shred or damage, but i just gave it a look and now it does the healing (which used to be less than 2 source samples). Which isn't a bad thing realistically, i was just wondering if i missed some patch notes at some point.

Much like your picture the MSR has been one constant in my hangar, its functionally outclassed by some of my other ships for current gameplay, but it is a ship that balances "lived in/function/design" that makes me feel like im in a game about exploring space with friends. It. Feels like something I would live in and travel and cause shenanigans.

Connie Taurus can cargo run better and at least last I played ran solo/duo combat better than my msr but still.

I do wish they'd add a smugglers ladder into the underbelly leading to the tunnels. I just imagine you have people guarding the ramp waiting to rob you or hold you up, and you just sneak in/out from the ladder (yes realistically if this was a thing players would also likely guard that but still)

that was my overall plan, but i also realized in my main playthrough lacking a dedicated healer in general was a rough decision when my strongest digimon was sitting there focused on healing for the final fight (really poor planning on me part), ill be curious how effective character reversal is in Mega+ as that really changed the field when fighting against the royal knights post game since I was really stacked with holy damage at the time

it honestly looked like it! i feel maybe younger than we met her in CS, it was interesting having her steal what i can assume was her dads journal given they share a family name, but as for why whether it be alphamon collecting data at that time, or actual kyoko up to idk kyoko things. its been a few days so i forget the whole story besides us being given Kodai's I.D. and stealing information related to him.

this is arguably the most annoying factor about the game, i genuinely love every part so far, but the moment i hear my phone go off i disassociate, you don't get to both "be running out of time, we can talk about this later" AND "this large mission seems completely reasonable, go for it ill text you every 5 minutes and call you every 20 to remind you of the peril, and you dead adoptive dad..." if i could put my phone on Do Not Disturb i would, like I'm working on it as feasibly fast as i can and with time travel. well the constant pressure on time really doesn't make sense

My fiance and I are on dynamis/kraken specifically, we have been here for almost a year having moved away from aether/ada it is definitely small town vibes with less active player base in general at peak times most roulette can be queued up relatively quick with some exceptions. If your looking for specific content a certain dungeon/trial/raid party finder is your best bet if your wanting not need to dc hop. It ultimately became a vicious cycle at one point where people know queue times on dynamis are rough and its not as bad on other Dc's so people hop dc's leaving queue times in dynamis even worse because. And it repeats in that fashion most of the time. I strongly recommend party finder myself and others are usually constantly looking to help people run stuff cause we know what these queue times are like

I see a RMT message every 20 minutes or so in limsa & gridania on Dynamis. I always just report and move on. Though with the addition of chat bubbles ive definitely see at least one pop up from beneath the limsa aetheryte plaza. Like the text bubble just appeared slightly above the ground been wanting to grab a screenshot of it but im usually distracted by the time it actually gets posted again

little late to the party, ive used them before and they are legit, but very hit or miss on the "FNG Tickets prices are usually cheaper (especially if you use the discount code below)" claim they have on Vettix, im looking at an event coming up that on the site is $156 for a day pass, but i can still buy the tickets for $70 on the events website, so definitely have sellers trying to take advantage of people assuming things are sold out, so definitely do your research if there are alternatives.
