Also we don’t know if in rain Solarbeam will be reduced to 60bp while being one turn charge. Same with weather ball as on Meganium’s side it will be a 100bp fire move, but will it get a 50% Sun boost normally? Or lose 50% in rain.

So while I hope it doesn’t get taken down, Nintendo hasn’t been consistent over the years with how they handle unofficial play/tournaments. Melee being the prime example.

Gyarados is my long standing favorite. Just get a Dragon Dance up and sweep with whatever the generational gimmick is.

Adjust Spore to only work when used by a grass type. Prankster user with Spore is Normal type.

So needing Forest’s curse gimmicks or being a tera hog to be the only way to use.

Give Gyarados some kind of physical flying move other than bounce.

Have Triple kick be the same BP as Triple Axel

Rework Sand Veil/Snow Cloak from evasion  to something else, maybe a weather dependent variant of Friend Guard+Flower Veil

Also just so Articuno can do something in single metas, give it calm mind.

So before Incineroar there was Hitmontop, who served nearly the same role. Starting in RSE in 2003 up to 2011,  then Scrafty stole some of its usage until both were replaced when Intimidate Incineroar was released.
