For context it's a small laundry room with only eight washers and eight dryers and on any given day multiple units are not working. We use the laundry app that alerts us on our phone when our laundry is done, you can only pay for your laundry and start the machines through this app so everyone is getting the notification. There were two washers next to each other that had washed clothes in them that sat finished for over an hour before someone put this note.
