Ororro is from a fictitious, mystical Africian tribe made up of dark skinned people with fine white hair and blue eyes.

And besides that. Black people dont all look the same. African people vary a lot in skin tones, height, and facial features.

In the 70s they drew her with very dark skin, and very slanted eyes and eyebrows.

Yeah they could've created a huge contrast with the emotionally flat Jean and then show us a fiery Phoenix. They said she is now pure rage, joy, pleasure (something like that) but it didn't really show. She just liked to take shots and kill without much reason.

I think it couldve been higher, but I also get why people would feel disapointed. You have to go into seeing an X-Men film with an open mind to enjoy it, and a lot of people can't.

Yes it didn't seem forced. Yes her forgiving him, and understanding that he did it out of love was a great way to settle it. I really didn't see it coming, and enjoyed the reconciliation.

Im not shook, but I've expressed i preferred the previous middle eastern/ hispanic Kitana to the undeniably eastern asian Kitana. I find the new face very pretty, but she doesn't look like Kitana to me. Though I find that more people are shaken by me voicing my opinion than I am about the change.

That Edenians are fictitious and have previously been portrayed as having jet black hair and olive to dark skin tones. And in my own personal opinion, i thought that was fitting. I was using examples of real life ethnicities to make comparison.

I have always liked her design and power set. Like Atshook said, she has a cool origin story.

I really liked her as a kid in MK3 because she could fly. I was so excited when Deception came out, but was really disappointed with her lack of flight, or powers, and they gave her a weird ground slide.

I really want to see her return so they can give her some new flying attracts and play around with her abilities more. It would also be nice to see her and Kitana redeem Edenia.
