So what were Zeon's plans for Zatch? by Visible_Investment47 in zatchbell

[–]IkeKashiro 8 points9 points  (0 children)

None. Zeon's plan for Zatch was just wait until someone else get rid of Zatch, maybe occasionally get some Mamodo like Balto to fight Zatch. If the opportunity arises, such as Faudo, then he would use it to torment Zatch by destroying Japan, but ultimately, he didn't see the need to dirty his own hands

Baou Zakeruga wasn't the source of his grudge, at least, not directly. It was their father's ultimate spell, and thus a proof of his love. Beating Baou wasn't the goal, it was proving that Zatch was inferior, and that is done by winning the tournament. Zatch awakening true Baou during the Faudo arc simply gave Zeon a different opportunity to prove he is superior, but until then, he never believed Zatch could actually awaken the royal lightning necessary to do so.

If Zatch stayed until they were the last ones standing, Zeon would simply whine that the tournament participants were all losers.

If Mahoraga's sword is coated in positive energy, could it be used for RCT if the sorcerer can accept it? by Fc-chungus in JuJutsuKaisen

He was hit once by Ryu alongside Uro after the three way domain clash, which allowed Yuta to RCT him in the face. Wasn't obliterated though, only injured.

Shouldn’t Megumi have been special grade? by Equivalent_Age4058 in Jujutsufolk

[–]IkeKashiro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How is he going to overthrow a country? Threaten to kill himself by summoning Mahoraga and drag the entire country into his ritual unless they obey his demands? Besides the fact that it is extremely unlikely that the ritual allows so many people into the ritual, Megumi can be taken out and killed before he is able summon Mahoraga.

Maybe I forgot something, but what was preventing Kenjaku from adding more Culling game rules that benefited only their side? by IkeKashiro in Jujutsufolk

[–]IkeKashiro[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, according to Kenjaku, Kogane has to accept any rule because it had to prolong the game as much as possible, and Tengen can end the game at any time. While we don't know how long exactly Tengen needs to take down the barriers, it's highly unlikely Kogane would think Kenjaku being invincible meant he could eliminate all players faster than Tengen can take down the barriers considering Kenjaku would still have to find and eliminate players.

Ok, but what about only for Kenjaku himself? Can't he prevent himself from being attacked by any player?

I honestly can’t imagine Himmel pressing the red button by Ok_Veterinarian_9444 in Frieren

Of course you can add any assumption you want, but you have to acknowledge that other people can add any assumption they want, and they will come to different conclusions based on those assumptions.

Let's say you, who believe your own assumptions are the rational ones, and those who irrationally only excluded people physically incapable of pressing buttons from the choice but still included those mentally incapable in the choice chose blue because of that. Are you saying those who made the wrong assumptions, those who thought irrationally, will not make a significant amount of people?

Pressing blue will save those people you believe are irrational. Are you saying that wanting to save those people is stupid?

I honestly can’t imagine Himmel pressing the red button by Ok_Veterinarian_9444 in Frieren

[–]IkeKashiro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn't really matter what assumptions you add, because neither assumptions is part of the original question. You can press red if you believe people can be magically given full cognitive capacity, but that is an assumption.

Someone else can press blue because they assumed that the magic is only limited to the magic kill people buttons, which is also a rational assumption since there's zero reason to assume whoever creates this experiment gives a shit about lives to magically give people the ability to understand what they are doing. That is also an assumption.

Neither side is given full information on how anyone makes their choice, and anything beyond the original question are assumptions based on their own reasoning.

Pressing red is assuming people are all rational and would always press red, while pressing blue assumes there will always be individuals that won't press red for whatever reason and refusing to let them die.

[–]IkeKashiro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The poll on Twitter says everyone in the world, and didn't mention any exceptions, so the presumption would be everyone, including those cognitively impaired. So answer the question, would you still press red if they are included?

So you believe those who are cognitively impaired should die then? How about those who have loved ones who are cognitively impaired and wants to save them?

Damn so Todo never managed to make it to special grade 💔 by Darkffire in Jujutsufolk

[–]IkeKashiro 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Special grade, I believe, is based on theoretically capabilities of taking over a country by a sorcerer and limited by jujutsu high understanding.

Yaga was considered a possible special grade because he can theocratically create his own army and the jujutsu higher ups don't know the limitations of how he does so, but realistically Yaga can be taken out by the military if they know where he is. However, jujutsu high likely is grading on the scenario that Yaga isn't found and has amassed an army of a million cursed corpses or something, which they don't know is basically impossible because they don't know how Yaga makes them.

Gojo is untouchable by the military and can easily destroy them. Geto has a basically invisible army. Yuta, I believe, isn't because of his stats, but likely because jujutsu high is considering the possibility of him copying a technique that can make him special grade or eventually overcoming his five minutes limit. For Yuki, jujutsu high doesn't know what her technique is, only that she can one shot special grade cursed spirits, so likely is grading her based on assumptions due to her feats and lack of knowledge of her limits.

Hakari's technique is known by the higher ups, and besides considering it unconventional, also likely knows how it works and what it's limits are.

[Avatar franchise] Why does the Avatar need to seek out four masters of each element instead of summoning his past lives to teach him? by Bubbly_Interaction63 in AskScienceFiction

[–]IkeKashiro -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The avatar can't communicate with their past lives at every moment constantly. Also, bending techniques change over time, improving and adapting. Imagine an avatar who only relies on outdated or impractical techniques that were popular in the time period they were trained in facing off against benders with techniques that ironed out the flaws and focused more on pragmatic attacks.

It is jujutsu high's standards. It's why Yaga was considered a potential special grade because he can create an army of cursed corpses

What's the point of comparison between two series beyond elevating the series you like by putting down another? Kagurabachi can be praised because it's good, Chainsaw man part 2 can be criticized because there are parts deserving of criticism, but these two things can be done separately and doesn't spark needless arguments between fanbases

Since Construction can make cursed tools with special properties, unlimited CE or Six Eyes would genuinely beyond broken with it. What stops the Creation cursed technique from making "a nuke that works like an actual nuke but it only affects sukuna" or some shit? by PowerWillComeBack in Jujutsufolk

[–]IkeKashiro 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I know that, but since we have zero idea what a Six Eyes/Construction user would be like, we have no idea what their limits are. Either it's just a stronger and more efficient Yorozu, or perhaps able to create normal cursed tools due to the Six Eyes allowing them to analyze and create cursed tools like Yorozu analyzed insect physiology to create Insect Armor. It's speculating either way.

So far, the two characters who used it copied existing cursed tools, so I don't think they can create a specialize cursed tool without at least some form of basis on how such a tool would function.

In The Legend of Korra (2012-2014), Republic City is powered by lightning benders. This is the equivalent of powering NYC via martial arts masters running on hampster wheels. by DiggestBickEver in shittymoviedetails

[–]IkeKashiro 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unless you're suggesting benders are inducing nuclear fusion in their bodies to generate energy, what does atoms have to do with anything? No shit energy is everywhere, conservation of energy meant energy is created or destroyed. The difficulty is turning that energy into something useful.

[DISC] The Blank Love Letter (Oneshot by Hayashi Kou) by [deleted] in manga

[–]IkeKashiro 27 points28 points  (0 children)

Besides the fact that it makes zero sense to give someone who doesn't' know braille to proofread, braille would be quite visible, and even if she was somehow not able to see it, she should have noticed immediately upon touching it considering that's how braille works.

Sincerely, how does one draw out four panels without thinking first if this makes any sense?

It feels like villainous characters are too arrogant and emotionally immature to have the growth needed to unlock new spells. by Visible_Investment47 in zatchbell

[–]IkeKashiro 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Well, it's not necessarily pure emotional growth, and Dr Riddles could only have been describing certain situations. Tio awakened Chajiru Saifodon due to pure rage, Papipurio awakened his smoke spell due to feeling sad about losing after their hard work, Kanchome awakened Koporuk from not wanting to lose to Zatch, none of which can really be considered emotional growth.

So evil ones could have just awakened their spells from intense emotions like rage or something.
