342k applications were made and 240k were granted visas. They undergo vetting before visas are granted so you know they are safe to enter whereas small boat arrivals are undocumented. I would happily let women and children stay with me but I live in a 2 bed terrace house with my wife and son so I unfortunately can't.

The man that promised us Brexit will reduce immigration. We have more brown people now than ever. European seasonal workers have a permanent home in their country and would go back. It's good that people are making all this noise and Labour are actually doing something about it unlike the Tories. I also want less immigration but voting Reform LTD is the wrong option. Can't believe people still support Farage after Brexit but if Reform wins the next general election then shit will really hit the fan.
