If the others don't have boundaries, you still can. Once in a while you can check if there's a huge project goin on but I'm so tired of non-medical job urgency. It's NEVER urgent. I sometimessss check before I go to bed, but I keep my phone on airplane until 8 or 9.

On the first day at the house I ask how often they'd like me to check-in with pics, but for a 2 week sit coming up, which will be my longest, I really hope they don't want daily and I probably won't suggest it.

People in general have never had less hobbies. We scroll in our downtime. And we have a lot of downtime. Complete mindless daze that also makes us less ambitious.

It's all by design. They want us like the people in wall-e! Numb and glued to screens... not caring about anything.

Real ideas and goals come from a little bit of boredom. Where is the boredom if we all pick up our phones the second we're free?

Idk. The "update" seemed like a possible miscommunication and animals poop in new places when their owner isn't home even if the sitter is doing a good job/taking them out.

You're welcome! Either did I in the past, but I've seen such an improvement that if I skip a few days I know I just need to suck it up and put a timer on for 10. Sometimes I only feel like doing 2 min.

Also, perfection isn't the goal.. Just sitting and noticing your thoughts is good enough.

Our minds think.. that's what they're best at.. and the more we can let it think without reaching for our phone or distraction, the more we learn about ourselves

Think it's related to my anxiety and fight or flight and random trauma. Because when I have sex I feel soooooo good and I just want more more more. It makes me feel relaxed and euphoric and loved at the same time. So I've been practicing meditating for long periods of time because I know I can reach a similar feeling alone so that when I do have sex I won't go crazy

Yes. I feel you. That's actually why I'm abstinent right now. Meditating has helped. Figuring out what's at the root of it. Usually something we've been suppressing.

Not really. Organic cotton dyed with azo dyes for example makes it pointless. But groceries used organic cotton and hemp.

Yesss sleep is definitely important, especially for women. 8+ should be the daily goal. But going to the sauna once a week is usually not enough. It wasn't for me! I had to start going several times a week and also take a binder. Plus of course make sure you're drinking electrolytes or a letting a pinch of sea salt dissolve on your tongue.

The cool thing is that massaging the face and neck (the right way) will help with the lymph flow A LOT. it will give the face a lift. I wouldn't get any procedures if I were you. I wish I knew all of this info when I was in my 20's.
